Young people who are leaders in I Am M.O.R.E. performed and prepared this video in preparation for the 2020 Juneteeth celebration prepared by Multnomah County (OR). The poem was written by S. Renee Mitchell, a Creative Revolutionist and the visionary behind I Am M.O.R.E. (Making Ourselves Resilient Everyday), a recipient of a 2019-20 Social Emotional Learning Innovation Award from the NoVo Foundation.
